The copy needed to quickly show benefits, with short, sharp explanations underneath.

I worked to the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) by introducing the client, showing everything they can do, then highlighting the great work they’d already done, and finishing with the call to action.

Website copy and optimisation for a specialist intern recruitment agency

Already featured in The Guardian and Sunday Times, the client is high profile.

The copy needed to reflect professionalism, high standards, and integrity. And it needed to appeal to both companies seeking to recruit, and to prospective interns.

Website structure needed to be simple, with clear calls to action to guide users (mainly international, so the copy and calls to action needed to be as clear as possible).

The client works with a specific target audience (senior executives), and has built up a strong brand through her coaching business. The book needed to reflect her brand, and position the book accordingly.

The project was done in 2 stages: first, the copywriting. Second, optimising the page layout, based on Google Analytics data and installing Hotjar.

Overview

Sales copy and calls to action for an accommodation booking portal

This was a launch of a rival to Airbnb. Very cool!

I worked with the client on the user journey, to create copy that flowed naturally, and guided users through the booking process.

I created a few different headings for testing, while sticking to four main themes that would resonate with the audience (simplicity, trust, secure, reassurance).
